- Identifying funding streams for large capital projects,
liaising with fundholders, bidding for funding
- Recommending, appointing and managing professional partners
to work with the project manager as part of an integrated
team
- Co-ordinating and overseeing day to day management of
projects on site in conjunction with the lead architect
- Liaising with and reporting to schools' senior management
teams and governing bodies on a regular basis within an
agreed framework
- Comprehensive, regular updates on funding and DfES/Local
Authority-related issues
- Advice on co-ordination of DDA legislation driven work

- A full project management service for capital projects
from early feasibility stage to delivery of a completed
project in accordance with the agreed budget and timeline
- Management of the design process including negotiating
the commissioning and appointment of a full project team,
if required
- Liaising with and reporting to third party professionals
within the extended joined-up team
- Co-ordinating and overseeing day-to-day management of
projects on site in conjunction with the lead architect
- Providing regular reports to fundholders within an agreed
framework
